Rome – Italy is set to sign two more players for its under-21s team, with the club expecting to sign at least three more on Friday.
According to the club’s official website, Italy has yet to finalise a deal for four players to replace the suspended Andrea Agnelli and is still awaiting confirmation of the signing of a new goalkeeper.
It is the second time in three weeks that the Giallorossi have signed new players.
On Thursday, the club announced that midfielder Gianluca Zambrotta had been granted a release by his parents after he pleaded guilty to assaulting his mother during a domestic dispute.
